Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads from Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Contact clients, understand their requirements, and follow up to convert leads into projects.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales and design teams.
  • Prepare and share quotations and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain lead records and sales pipelines in Zoho CRM.
  • Identify potential clients, architects, builders, and corporate customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Handle basic office administration, emails, calls, and documentation.
  • Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or business development.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM software.
  • Organized, proactive, and good at follow-ups.
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or real estate is an advantage.
