Muthoot Finance – Personal Loan Sales Executive / Telecalling Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Made outbound business calls to existing and potential customers to promote personal loan products.
- Generated leads and identified prospective customers through telecalling and follow-up activities.
- Explained personal loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
- Cross-sold personal loan products to eligible customers and converted leads into business opportunities.
- Followed up with interested customers to drive application completion and loan disbursement.
- Collected customer details and coordinated documentation for loan application processing.
- Maintained daily calling reports, customer databases, lead status, and sales performance records.
- Achieved assigned monthly sales targets and supported branch business growth.
- Built customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Coordinated with internal teams to track loan applications and resolve customer queries.
