Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to drive revenue growth through on-ground client acquisition and relationship building. If you are a hunter who thrives in a face-to-face sales environment and loves hitting targets, this role is for you.
- Key ResponsibilitiesField Visits: Travel within the assigned territory to meet prospective clients, conduct pitches, and deliver product demonstrations.
- Lead Generation: Source new opportunities through field prospecting, cold-visiting, and networking.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close contracts to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate daily activity logs and pipelines.
- Market Insights: Keep track of competitor activities and share market feedback with the team.
- Proven experience in field sales or business development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-driven attitude, and willingness to travel extensively.
