Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, with an ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify, approach and acquire new clients through meetings, networking and business development activities.

Client Meetings: Conduct service meetings, understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing and lead generation solutions.

Client Onboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.

Account Management: Handle a minimum of 3 client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and client satisfaction.

Lead Deliverables: Coordinate monthly delivery of approximately 500–600 leads across assigned accounts.
