Job Description

Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Furniture

Royal Epic Interiors & Furniture is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our residential and commercial interior design, turnkey projects and furniture business in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and convert them into projects.
  • Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, corporates and property developers.
  • Identify opportunities for residential and commercial interior projects.
  • Meet clients, understand requirements and present company services.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
  • Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain client relationships and track leads, proposals and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation and project execution teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
  • Experience in interiors, construction, furniture or real estate is preferred.
  • Proven client acquisition, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings across Bengaluru.

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month initially, with up to ₹60,000 for highly experienced and suitable candidates.
