• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
• Identify potential clients, projects, architects, consultants, and corporate accounts.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and online platforms.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams.
• Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming interior projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after order confirmation.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of commercial interiors / office fit-outs.
• Strong client handling and relationship-building skills.
• Good sales, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Qualification & ExperienceAny Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.

5-10 years of experience in Interior, Construction, Fit-Out, Furniture, or related industry.

• Candidates with an established client network in commercial interiors will be preferred.
