Job Description

Make customer and vendor calls and follow up on enquiries.

Handle customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.

Coordinate with vendors for pricing, stock and delivery updates.

Update enquiry and customer data in MS Excel.

Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.

Follow up on quotations and pending orders.

Ensure smooth communication with customers and vendors.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good customer and vendor coordination skills.

Basic to good computer knowledge.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.

Confident in making customer calls and follow-ups.

Positive attitude, teamwork and willingness to learn.

Good time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate


Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Telecalling or IT Sales will be preferred.
