Job Description
**Job Title: Home Care Nurse / Elderly Caregiver**
We are looking for a caring and responsible **Home Care Nurse** to provide personal care and basic nursing support to elderly patients at home.
**Responsibilities:**
* Take care of elderly patients and assist with daily activities.
* Provide basic nursing care, medication support, and monitor health.
* Assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
* Monitor vital signs and report any health concerns.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
**Requirements:**
* Nursing/Caregiver experience preferred.
* Basic knowledge of nursing and elderly care.
* Patient, caring, responsible, and trustworthy.
* Experience handling senior citizens or patients will be an advantage.
