Job Summary:

We are hiring a Support Associate to ensure smooth communication with Transporters & fleet owners. The role requires fluency in Hindi and local regional languages to improve customer understanding, faster issue resolution, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with transporters & fleet owners in Hindi/regional languages

- Resolve transporters issues efficiently

- Handle escalations in the transporters ’s preferred language

- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution

Requirements:

- Fluency in Hindi (regional language preferred)

- Good communication skills
