Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Chef / Kitchen Supervisor for our PDC seafood food-production & cloud kitchen operations.

Main work: • Staff cooking for 10–12 people

• New product trials & recipe development

• Seafood/RTC preparation

• Recipe scaling & standardization

• Cloud kitchen production management

• Kitchen hygiene & food safety

• Portion & wastage control

• Managing kitchen helpers

Experience: 2–5 years in restaurant/QSR/cloud kitchen/food production

Seafood cooking experience preferred

💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month depending on experience & practical skills.

Food and accommodation will be provided.

Candidates should be willing to attend a practical cooking trial.
