Position OverviewPositions: 2 (1 Indian Cuisine Chef + 1 Chinese Cuisine Chef)

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (Cloud Kitchen)

Shifts: Day shift 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Night shift 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Shift Length: 10–12 hours per shift, as per kitchen requirement

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + free accommodation and food

About Us

We are a growing cloud kitchen in Whitefield, Bengaluru, running day and night delivery operations. We are hiring two experienced chefs — one for our Indian kitchen and one for our Chinese kitchen. Food and accommodation are provided, so candidates from outside Bengaluru are welcome to apply.

Position 1: Indian Cuisine Chef

Menu You Will Work On

•      North Indian — dal, paneer and chicken curries, butter chicken, kadai dishes, rotis and parathas.

•      South Indian — idli, dosa, vada, sambar, chutneys, rice varieties, and South Indian curries.

•      Biryani — chicken, mutton, egg, and veg biryani (dum style), along with raita and salan.

•      Thali — complete North Indian and South Indian veg and non-veg thalis (rice, roti, dal, sabzi, curry, sambar, rasam, curd, sweet).

Requirements

•      Experience as an Indian cuisine cook/chef with hands-on knowledge of both North and South Indian cooking.

•      Must be able to prepare biryani and complete thali meals independently with consistent taste and quality.

•      Strong knowledge of masalas, gravies, and bulk preparation for delivery.

Position 2: Chinese Cuisine Chef

Menu You Will Work On

•      Fried rice and noodles — hakka, schezwan, chilli garlic, and pan-fried varieties.

•      Manchurian, chilli chicken, chilli paneer, dragon chicken, and other Indo-Chinese starters.

•      Momos, spring rolls, and soups — manchow, hot & sour, sweet corn.

•      Sauces and gravies — schezwan, hot garlic, black pepper, and stock preparation.

Requirements

•      Experience as a dedicated Chinese / Indo-Chinese chef (pure Chinese cuisine background).

•      Strong wok skills — able to cook fast on high flame during peak order rush.

•      Command over Chinese sauces, gravies, and consistent taste across orders.

Common Responsibilities (Both Positions)•      Independently run your section during your shift — cooking, tasting, packing, and dispatching orders.

•      Prepare mise en place, gravies, and sauces before and during the shift.

•      Ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched within delivery-time targets.

•      Maintain portion control, reduce wastage, and follow FIFO and proper storage.

•      Keep the kitchen clean and follow FSSAI hygiene standards, including safe handling of chicken, mutton, and eggs.

•      Hand over a clean, stocked kitchen to the next shift and coordinate on prep and stock requirements.

Common Requirements (Both Positions)•      Willing to work 10–12 hour shifts — day (9 AM – 9 PM) or night (9 PM – 9 AM) as assigned.

•      Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

•      Cloud kitchen, QSR, hotel, or restaurant experience preferred.

•      Honest, punctual, and maintains good hygiene habits.
