Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing residential construction projects from foundation to finishing.

Coordinate daily activities with Site Engineers, Supervisors, QS, QC, MEP, Contractors, Vendors, and Consultants.

Monitor project progress against planned schedules, milestones, and construction stages.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Track site progress and identify delays, resource requirements, and execution issues.

Follow up with contractors and site teams to ensure planned activities are completed on time.

Coordinate material requirements, procurement, deliveries, and site availability.

Review daily and weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.

Conduct site meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor manpower, productivity, material usage, and contractor performance.

Coordinate with QS and procurement teams regarding BOQs, measurements, work orders, and billing requirements.

Support resolution of technical and execution-related issues at site.

Ensure proper documentation of drawings, measurements, reports, checklists, and project records.

Coordinate with the QC team to maintain required construction quality.

Ensure site safety practices are followed by contractors and workers.

Escalate major delays, quality issues, material shortages, and site constraints to the Project Manager.

Assist in ensuring projects are completed within the planned time, cost, quality, and scope.

• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of residential construction activities from foundation to finishing.
• Good understanding of RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
• Strong project coordination and team management skills.
• Knowledge of construction schedules, BOQs, measurements, and project documentation.
• Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple sites and teams.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.

QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in residential construction and multi-project/site coordination.
