Clinic Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Clinic Assistant to join our team in JP Nagar. In this role, you will be the right hand to Dr. Shangavi, ensuring seamless clinical operations, maintaining strict sterilization standards, and providing premium hospitality to our clients.

Note: General daily cleaning and sweeping are fully handled by our dedicated in-house cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:

 Clinical Assistance: Actively assist Dr. Shangavi during procedures and treatments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

 Sterilization & Hygiene: Carefully wash, sterilize, and prepare clinical tools and equipment after every procedure to maintain the highest medical standards (complete training will be provided).

 Client Coordination & Billing: Assist with client billing, scheduling, and managing smooth coordination throughout their visit.

 Hospitality & Patient Care: Welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude. Clearly explain post-procedure aftercare instructions to clients to ensure their comfort and recovery.

 Social Media Support: Assist the doctor by taking high-quality, steady photos and raw video footage of treatments using a smartphone for our social media channels.

Requirements:

 Gender: Female candidates only.

 Hygiene & Presentation: Must be exceptionally neat, well-groomed, disciplined about personal hygiene, and professional in demeanor.

 Skills: Basic tech-savviness to handle smartphone cameras for social media content and manage basic billing/coordination.

 Communication: Clear and warm communication skills to interact with premium clients and explain aftercare instructions.

 Location: Must reside near or be able to commute easily to JP Nagar.
