Cluster Manager

The Cluster Manager – Operations will oversee the operational performance of multiple Tenzo hubs in Banglore. This role ensures consistent execution of operational standards, achievement of sales targets, cost control, team development, and delivery of an exceptional customer experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all Tenzo hubs in Banglore
• Ensure compliance with Tenzo SOPs, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular hub visits and operational audits.
• Drive efficiency through technology adoption and process improvements.

Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve cluster revenue targets by driving service completion and repeat usage.
• Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Implement local marketing and promotional initiatives tailored to customer base.
• Collaborate with central teams to align cluster goals with Tenzo’s growth strategy.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage and mentor hub managers and their teams.
• Support hiring, training, and development of staff in cluster/hub.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and retention.

Customer Experience

• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service across hubs.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations promptly.
• Implement service improvements based on local insights and feedback.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and wastage control.
• Ensure adherence to cost management and budget guidelines.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams for smooth product availability in .

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure hubs follow hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct compliance checks and quality audits specific to regulations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local statutory requirements.
