Collection Managers
Ø Locations: Bangalore
Openings: 1 Position.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in debt recovery/collections
- Proven leadership experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead calling + field collection teams (approx. 25 members)
- Drive performance, recovery targets & team productivity
- Training, mentoring & development of team members

- Strong leadership & people management skills
