Job Description

We are hiring a Community Manager to manage resident experiences across our co-living properties, ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resident onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Handle daily resident communication, follow-ups, and concerns.
• Plan and organize monthly community events and activities.
• Build strong relationships and encourage resident participation.
• Collect feedback, track satisfaction, and resolve issues.
• Maintain resident records and provide weekly updates.
• Coordinate with the social media team for event coverage.

• Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented personality.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and engage with residents daily.
