Construction / Site Supervisor

Role SummaryWe are looking for a reliable, hands-on Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate site labor and subcontractors, monitor material delivery, and ensure construction work meets project timelines, safety, and quality standards.

• Daily Site Supervision: Manage on-site civil works, track daily progress, and report daily site updates to the project engineer/management.
• Labor & Subcontractor Coordination: Assign tasks to masons, carpenters, bar benders, and general laborers, ensuring timely completion of scheduled work.
• Material Management: Inspect incoming raw materials (cement, steel, sand, aggregates, etc.), monitor stock levels, prevent wastage, and report procurement needs.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure work conforms to drawings and quality guidelines; maintain strict compliance with on-site safety protocols.
• Measurement & Verification: Verify work completion and preliminary labor/contractor billing measurements on-site.
• Issue Escalation: Identify and report on-site delays, technical discrepancies, or shortage issues immediately.
