Job Description

  • Supervise interior finishing works in residential projects.
  • Monitor flooring, tiling, granite, marble, painting, putty, gypsum, false ceiling, carpentry, doors, windows, and fixture installation.
  • Coordinate electrical and plumbing finishing works with the respective teams.
  • Check site measurements, levels, alignment, and finishing quality.
  • Read and understand architectural, interior, and working drawings.
  • Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors.
  • Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and wastage.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
  • Identify finishing defects and coordinate timely rectification.

Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and proper handover of completed work.
