Job Description
Responsible for supervising day-to-day technical operations, including electrical, plumbing, STP, WTP, pumps, DG, and other building services. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor breakdowns, manage technicians and vendors, attend to resident complaints, maintain maintenance records, and ensure compliance with safety standards and service-level timelines.
