We are looking for an experienced Commis 1 Continental Cook with strong knowledge of Continental cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Continental dishes, following recipes and kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare Italian, French, and Spanish cuisine items.
• Prepare different types of pasta and other Continental recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Follow proper food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety practices.
• Support the kitchen team in smooth and timely food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen workstation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Male candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in Continental cooking.
• Good knowledge of Italian, French, Spanish, and Continental cuisine.
• Skilled in preparing pasta and other Continental dishes.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹28,000 per month, as per skill & experience
