Cook / Chef

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Personal Chef / Multi-Cuisine Cook who can prepare a wide variety of cuisines and cater to the specific food preferences and requirements of the household.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant cooking experience, preferably with prior experience working as a Personal Chef / Private Cook, and should be comfortable with flexible working hours.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality meals across multiple cuisines, including:
• South Indian
• North Indian
• Chinese
• Thai
• Other international and multi-cuisine dishes
• Plan and prepare daily meals based on dietary preferences and requirements.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient planning, food preparation, and proper storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and while handling food.
• Adapt recipes and menus according to individual preferences.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.
• Manage groceries and cooking ingredients as required.
• Be flexible with working hours based on the household's requirements.
• Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience as a Chef/Cook.
• Prior experience as a Personal Chef / Private Cook is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Thai, and other cuisines.
• Ability to prepare both traditional and contemporary dishes.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to understand and communicate in basic English.
• Should be flexible with working hours.
• Should be reliable, well-mannered, and professional.
