Looking for a Counter Sales Representative for Mobile and Electronics greets walk-in customers, explains device specifications and features, processes billing transactions, and meets daily or monthly store sales targets.


Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Service: Greet store visitors warmly, identify their technical requirements, and guide them through smartphone, tablet, laptop, or gadget options.
  • Product Demonstration: Explain device features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and compare models to help customers choose the right product.
  • Cross-Selling & Add-Ons: Promote related electronic accessories (e.g., earphones, screen guards, power banks, cases) and value-added services like EMI or mobile finance plans.
