### BPO Customer Care Executive – Loan Process
We are hiring **Customer Care Executives** for a **Loan Process** in a BPO environment. The role involves handling customer calls, assisting customers with loan-related queries, and providing accurate information regarding loan services and processes.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer calls related to loans and financial services.
* Assist customers with loan-related queries and requests.
* Explain loan details, eligibility, documentation, repayment and process-related information.
* Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and required documents.
* Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.
* Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
* Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
* Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
**Requirements:**
* 12th Pass / Graduate.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
* Basic English communication is required.
* Good convincing and listening skills.
* Comfortable handling customer calls in a target-oriented BPO environment.
* BPO, Telecalling, Customer Care, Banking or Loan Process experience is an added advantage.
