Job Discription:

Sales and marketing:

Frontdesk - handling customer calls, giving the best pitching to corporates, birthday groups, families to convert the calls. 

Maintaining the tracker of contacts from phone calls, whatsapp messages, mail enquiries. 

Sending mails to corporates and other customers to ensure the sale conversion. 

Supporting physical marketing with offline campaigns under the guidance of the manager. 

Operations:

Greets guests in lobby & Lead guests to game room and give verbal instructions

Answer questions and provide clues to facilitate guest game experience by giving clues etc.

Meet group after the game has concluded to celebrate accomplishments.

Track operating statistics like number of players, number of clues and completion status.

Reset the game room for the next group of guests.

Verifies the checklist daily and updates the Manager / Directors.

Ensures the essential requirements like genset, power, water are available all time. 

Organizes birthdays and 1 min games, Decorations. Brings enthusiasm and energy to the people. 

Collaborates with other team members for crowd management and ensures the smooth engagement of the customers.

Supports managers / directors to execute the new initiatives. 

Organizing birthdays and decorating the party hall, crowd management. 

Maintenance: 

Identifies the problems in equipment, repairs and communicates to the management for immediate rectification. 

Owns the problem and solves by engaging the required technicians. 

Maintains the hygiene of the center, organizing the equipment, auditing the various equipment and reporting to the manager.

Reporting/ Billing / Accounting:

Billing and Invoicing, Proforma Invoicing.

Maintains the expenses and bills in prescribed methods under the guidance of manager

Maintains accounts on a daily basis with 100% quality. 

Ensuring the account balances on a daily basis.

Growing the culture of Responsibility to drive sales, Accountability to give the best customer experience, ownership of equipment health and collaborating with fellow colleagues at the Gamingalaxy.

Passion to learn and implement. 

External sales n marketing

Ownership in executing escape room marketing in apartments and flea markets, including corporates.

Getting google reviews, insta followers, engaging with customers to share photos on their profile. Taking customer photos and videos. Making reels to share on social media. 

Executing and coming up with team building activities that can be done at Mysteries and Lasers .Getting ancillary revenues out of it

Conducting escape room box activities at corporate offices and flea markets. Also, opportunity to make additional income on event basis.
