Job Description
📢 Inbound Process Associates
We are seeking enthusiastic and well-spoken individuals to join our customer service team for an Inbound Voice Process.
🗣️ Language Requirements (Must have excellent communication skills in English and one regional language):
* English + Hindi
* English + Marathi
* English + Tamil
💼 Experience & Compensation:
* Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome.
*Qualification - ANY Graduation 🎓 is mandatory
🕒 Work Schedule:
* Shifts: Rotational shifts 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 2pm to 11pm, 3pm to 12pm.
For females 1 to 10 shift only available.
* Week Offs: Two (2) Rotational Week Offs
Salary: 19-20k
Split Shift Allowances (2500)
Night Shift Allowance (1500)
Overtime per hour (200Rs)
Overtime per week off (2000)
