Role & responsibilities

Process 1 Banking Inbound/Outbound Process

Handle inbound/Outbound customer interactions via voice.

Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple languages

Education:

PUC / Graduate Freshers and above

Languages:

Fluent in English and in any one of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam

Rounds: HR, Versant and Ops Manager Rounds.

Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week off

Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Shifts:

Rotational Shifts will be disclosed at the time of interview.

Locations; Marathahalli & Hebbal

Process 2--- E-mail/Chat Process (Non-Voice Process)

Ability to write emails to customers to address their queries.

Resolve concerns and manage complaints via Email and Chat.

Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues through mail and chat.

Language: Excellent English Comprehension

Shift: Female (6 AM - 3 PM and 7 AM - 4 PM)

Male (3 PM - 12 AM and 4 PM and 1 PM)

Rounds: HR, Versant (International VETI - 5 Quality (Excellent English Communication) and Manager Round

Location: Hebbal

Process 3: Customer Support Executive (Hindi Voice Process)

Experience Required: Freshers or Undergraduates with 6 months (Domestic Voice Process)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Domestic Voice Process Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 6 months of experience in Domestic Voice Process Executives who want to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Talk to Customers (in English/Hindi) via calls and clarify their issues if any and communicate the company's services.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and next steps in CRM systems.

Handling sellers with account issues via voice.

Provide product/service information and resolve customer payment issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, or in any related field.

Freshers or 6 months of experience in Any Voice Process role.

Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Compensation & Growth

CTC: 3 LPA

Rounds: HR, Versant (International VETI - 5 Quality (Excellent English Communication) and Manager Round.

Workdays: 5 days a week and 2 Rotational week Offs.

Shifts: Day (Between 9 AM to 9 PM) Shifts.
