1. Executive – Seller Support (Voice)
- Handle seller queries related to listings, payments, orders, and account setup.
- Resolve seller concerns professionally through voice support.
- Provide accurate information and timely solutions.
2. Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice)
- Assist customers with order status, refunds, returns, and delivery-related queries.
- Handle customer interactions through calls, chat, and email.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience by resolving queries efficiently.

Shift: Day Shift
Seller Support: Fixed Sunday Off
Customer Support: Rotational Week Off
