Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and queries in a professional manner
  • Perform customer verification (KYC, tele-verification, document validation, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy of customer information and maintain proper records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and issue resolution
  • Address customer concerns related to loans, repayments, and account details
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow compliance guidelines as per RBI and company policies
  • Identify and escalate suspicious or fraudulent cases
