Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and queries in a professional manner
- Perform customer verification (KYC, tele-verification, document validation, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy of customer information and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and issue resolution
- Address customer concerns related to loans, repayments, and account details
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow compliance guidelines as per RBI and company policies
- Identify and escalate suspicious or fraudulent cases
