Customer Support Executive Cum Store Sales | Day Shift

Job Description – Customer Support Executive (CSE) cum Store SalesCompany: Vastranand Pvt Ltd

Location: 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities✅ Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.

✅ Assist online customers with product details, order status, and order-related queries.

✅ Convert customer inquiries into sales orders.

✅ Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate sales.

✅ Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the retail store.

✅ Help customers explore sarees, understand product details, and make purchasing decisions.

✅ Handle store billing and assist with daily sales activities.

✅ Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is well-organized.

✅ Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability, dispatch, and delivery updates.

✅ Maintain customer records and update basic data.

✅ Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries politely.

Requirements✔ Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

✔ Kannada speaking is an added advantage.

✔ Basic mobile and computer knowledge.

✔ Experience in telecalling, customer support, retail sales, or store operations preferred.

✔ Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

✔ Ability to handle both online customer support and in-store sales responsibilities.
