Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Amazon accounts for assigned clients.

Create and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon's guidelines.

Monitor account health and address issues like negative feedback or performance notifications.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance listings and increase product visibility.

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular reports on account performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Communication: Proficient in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Basic understanding of e-commerce and Amazon's platform is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
