Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Requirements:

• Support other departments to perform tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Monitor damage and develop new treatment plans for equipment to avoid breakdowns.
• Additional tasks as required by superiors such as supporting the purchase of repair equipment and supplies for branches.
• Other urgent requests when assigned by superiors, such as business trips or supporting other branches outside the working area in the Company's restaurant chain in India.
• Ensure systems operate regularly.
• Provide direct instructions to restaurant branch staff on tasks that can be performed on a regular schedule such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment in specific areas.
• Make a daily checklist of all machinery and equipment that have a high frequency of failure, suggest improvements to fix it more effectively. Avoid unexpected failures (Emergency & Unexpected).
• Change shifts or take time off when there is an emergency or personal matter, transfer the tasks being responsible to employees of the same level or superiors to coordinate and handle the work more effectively and better.
• Can handle work under high pressure.
