Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Mobile Reimbursement

Job Description:

Its a Field Work, travel and meet clients, Flexible to work according to Event Schedules & weekends. Mandatory English, Hindi and local languages.

We are looking for a responsible Event Manager to oversee events from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing event staff, coordinating with clients and employees, supervising on-site activities, ensuring smooth event execution, and handling client meetings and deal closures.

Requirements:

- Male candidates preferred.

- Good communication skills in English and local/regional languages.

- Willingness to travel and meet clients.

- Flexible to work according to event schedules day/night, including weekends and extended hours when required.

- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Prior event management or field coordination experience is preferred.

Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, weddings, or corporate gatherings. Coordinate logistics & vendors to deliver seamless experiences. Address client needs and ensure event success.
