Facility Maintenance Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and coordinating technicians for facility maintenance operations, ensuring proper lead allocation, timely service, technician tracking, and maintaining accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the technician team on a daily basis.

- Assign technicians to service leads/tickets based on location, skill, and availability.

- Track technician attendance, availability, movement, and job status.

- Monitor assigned leads from allocation to completion and ensure timely updates.

- Maintain technician records, service reports, attendance, and performance data.

- Follow up with technicians and customers to ensure quality and timely service.

- Handle technician hiring, onboarding, and basic coordination.

- Monitor technician performance and address operational issues.

- Maintain proper records of completed, pending, and cancelled service requests.

- Coordinate with management regarding technician requirements, performance, and daily operations.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of facility maintenance services.
