Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Visits: Travel across assigned local zones or territories to meet defaulters or non-responsive account holders directly.
  • Debt Recovery: Follow up on overdue EMIs, loans, or credit bills and work toward monthly recovery targets.
  • Negotiation & Counseling: Discuss financial hardships, propose structured repayment or settlement plans, and educate customers on maintaining a clean credit/CIBIL score.
  • Digital & On-the-Spot Collection: Help customers use digital payment options, UPI, or mobile apps to clear pending dues immediately.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Update daily visit logs, CRM systems, and collection status reports accurately for management.
  • Policy Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical collection guidelines, and RBI/banking regulations (such as the Fair Practices Code).
