Field Marketing Executive

We are looking for field executives who can add offers from various malls and outlets to our app. This is not just related to apparel and accessories, but to any category.

The candidate is expected to travel to different parts of the city on a daily basis and collect offers from malls and outlets in that area.

The offer data must be accurate, without any problems like start date and end date, % discount, etc.Any bad offer will attract a deduction from salary.

Position Details:

• Role: Field Marketing  
• Employment Type: 3-month contract
• Work Mode: Field-based
• Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must own or have access to a two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling to malls and independent retail outlets.
• You are expected to work 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit malls and independent retail outlets to collect and enter offers into the Offer Boat mobile application.
• Ensure all offers entered into the app are accurate, valid, and up to date. Incorrect, invalid, or expired offers must not be uploaded.
• Promote the Offer Boat app to mall visitors and retail outlet customers.
• Encourage users to install the application and track app installations.
• Build good relationships with outlets and support the app's marketing activities.
• You can also try to convince people to use this app and its benefits. You will be paid Rs. 20 per installation.
• This is a contract job, not permanent employment.

Compensation:

• Fixed pay: ₹30,000 per month
• Incentive: ₹20 per app installation, up to a maximum of ₹5,000

The contract will be for 3 months and may be terminated by either party by providing 15 days' notice.
