Job Description
Role: E-commerce Recruiter (Field / Volume Hiring)
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Roll
Location: Cunningham Road, Bangalore (with field visits across hubs & catchment areas)
Salary (NTH): Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 32,000 per month, based on experience
Joining: Immediate to within 10 days
Openings: Multiple
Job Role:
Responsible for high-volume, on-ground hiring of delivery riders. Includes field/catchment mobilization, multi-channel sourcing, daily candidate line-ups, screening, document verification, and dropout management till joining. This is a permanent internal recruitment position with Genius HRTech. The selected candidate will work as an E-commerce Recruiter and will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for our clients such as Swiggy, Blinkit and other quick-commerce companies.
Candidate Requirement:
- 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience in high-volume / blue-collar / last-mile / gig-workforce hiring (prior experience hiring for Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato, Shadowfax or vendor partners preferred)
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (mandatory for field work)
- Fluent in Kannada/Regional Language ; working knowledge of English/Hindi
- Comfortable with field hiring and volume pressure
