Field Sales Executive

n Role Overview Bounce is hiring Field Recruiters in Bangalore to support high-volume hiring across all hub locations. The role involves field-level candidate sourcing, engagement, screening and onboarding, with a focus on hiring delivery partners/riders and meeting daily and monthly hiring targets. n Key Responsibilities • Source potential candidates through field visits, local networking, referrals, job portals and community outreach. • Identify and engage suitable delivery partners/riders for Bounce mobility and delivery requirements. • Explain job roles, earning opportunities, work process and onboarding requirements to candidates. • Conduct initial screening and collect required candidate documents/details. • Coordinate with the recruitment/operations team for verification, selection and onboarding. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and joining process. • Maintain daily sourcing, interview, selection and joining reports. • Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. • Build relationships with local communities, rider groups and other candidate sources. • Travel across assigned Bangalore hub locations as required. n Candidate Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field recruitment, sales, BPO recruitment, HR or customer-facing roles preferred. • Freshers with strong communication and field-sales/recruitment aptitude may also be considered. • Good communication, interpersonal and convincing skills. • Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated. • Comfortable with field work and travelling within Bangalore. • Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and MS Office/Google Sheets. • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. • Candidates with experience in delivery partner, rider, logistics, EV, mobility or high-volume hiring are preferred. n Salary & Benefits • Salary: Up to n30,000 per month, based on experience and profile. • Performance-based incentives may be applicable. • Full-time employment opportunity. • Growth opportunities in recruitment and mobility operations. • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing mobility company.
