Field Sales Executive

For Direct Channel-

-Cold calling, Identify and approach potential customers

-Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements

-Present products/services and explain key benefits, financial planning

-Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers

-Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

-Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports

For Banca-

* Manage the assigned bank branch and achieve life insurance sales targets through the banca channel.

* Coordinate with bank staff, work on customer leads/data, and promote suitable insurance products.

* Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, understand their requirements, and generate business.

* Follow up with customers and bank leads while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

For Agency:

-Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners, agents, or financial consultants

-Sales Target Achievement: Drive business metrics including top-line revenue, product mix, and persistency targets through your assigned network.

-Training & Enablement: Conduct product training sessions on life and pension plans, and guide partners through regulatory licensing processes like IRDAI

-Joint Field Support: Accompany partners on client calls, conduct morning huddles, and assist with objection handling and pre/post-sales service including claims.

-Performance Tracking: Monitor partner activity levels, conduct regular reviews, and ensure full compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

For Partnership Channel-

* Work from assigned partner bank branches (such as Equitas Bank, Canara Bank and other partner banks) to drive Canara Life Insurance business.

* Build strong relationships with Bank RMs and branch teams, assist them with leads and customer requirements, and achieve insurance sales targets.

* Work on leads generated through the bank, explain suitable life insurance products, and coordinate with the RM to convert them into business.

* Conduct customer visits whenever required, including visiting the customer’s place along with the RM to support meetings and close the business.
