Job DescriptionBioman Sewage Solution is hiring Field Sales Executives for Bengaluru to promote sewage treatment solutions, generate leads, develop dealer networks, and achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and potential customers.
• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
• Promote sewage treatment plants (STP), bio-septic tanks, and related sewage treatment solutions.
• Develop and maintain dealer and customer relationships.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily field visit reports and lead updates.
• Track competitor activities and market opportunities.
• Requirements1–5 years of experience in field sales or business development preferred.
• Experience in STP, sewage treatment, construction, plumbing, or building materials is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
