Join India’s leading Fintech brand and build a rewarding career in digital payments! We are looking for energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand the PhonePe merchant network in West Bangalore
Position: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Associate
Locations: Peenya, Rajajinagar, Yeshwantpur, Laggere, and nearby West Bangalore areas
Role Type: Full-time (Field Job)
Salary: Fixed salary up to ₹25,000/month + High Weekly/Monthly Incentives + Fuel Allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard local shopkeepers, merchants, and small business owners to the PhonePe ecosystem.
- Deploy PhonePe QR codes and Smart Speakers at merchant locations.
- Educate business owners on digital payment benefits, transaction usage, and app features.
- Maintain strong relationships with local shopkeepers to ensure active usage.
- Meet daily and weekly merchant onboarding targets.
Education: 2 puc mandatory, ITI , DIPLOMA PASSED ,
Location : Bangalore west
Assest: bike mandatory
