• Recommend suitable products or services based on customer requirements.
• Generate new leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitor activities, and promotions.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
