Position: Field Sales Executive

💼 Job Responsibilities

Conduct field sales activities and promote company products in the assigned territory.

Visit retailers, distributors, outlets, and potential customers regularly.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Take orders and coordinate with distributors for timely product delivery.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and other required MIS.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related issues.

Travel within the assigned territory as required.

🎓 Eligibility

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales / FMCG sales / general trade sales preferred.

Candidates with relevant sales experience may be considered for higher CTC.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
