Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Visit schools, colleges, hospitals, clinics, industries, retail businesses, and corporate offices to promote GradeUp Uniforms.
  • Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable uniform solutions.
  • Coordinate with the design team for uniform concepts, samples, and quotations.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM or reporting system.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
