Fressea is a premium seafood brand based in Bangalore, known for delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality fish and seafood. We cater to both retail and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Pubs, and Restobars) segments, ensuring consistent supply, superior quality, and reliable service.



Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our Ready-to-Cook (RTC) and fresh seafood product sales within the HoReCa segment. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth across pubs, restaurants, hotels, and restobars in Bangalore.



Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, pubs, cafés, and restobars.
  • Promote and sell Fressea’s Ready-to-Cook (RTC) and fresh seafood products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and business owners.
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to generate leads and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect market feedback and provide insights on competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.




Eligibility & Requirements



  • Experience: 1–5 years in field sales, preferably in the HoReCa, FMCG, or seafood/meat industry. Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
  • Education: Any graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of the HoReCa market in Bangalore.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.

  • Other Requirements:
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local languages (Kannada, English, Hindi/Tamil) is an advantage.
