Job Role: Field Sales Executive
Job SummaryMobiKwik is looking for Field Sales Executives to promote and sell digital payment solutions to petrol pumps and fuel stations across Karnataka. The primary responsibility is to sell and install QR code scanners and ATM/POS swipe machines at petrol pumps and help merchants use digital payment services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit petrol pumps and fuel stations in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell MobiKwik QR code scanners and ATM/POS swipe machines.
- Explain the features and benefits of digital payment solutions to petrol pump owners and managers.
- Generate new leads and acquire new merchants.
- Assist with machine installation and basic onboarding.
- Build and maintain good relationships with petrol pump owners and staff.
- Follow up with merchants to support product usage and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit daily sales reports.
- Travel Allowance₹2,500 travel allowance as provided for the role.
- Travel is required to visit petrol pumps within the assigned area.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in field sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to approach and negotiate with petrol pump owners.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic smartphone and digital payment knowledge.
- Previous field sales experience is an advantage.
- Candidate RequirementsMust be willing to work in the field.
- Must be comfortable visiting petrol pumps and meeting merchants.
- Must be target-oriented and customer-focused.
