Job Description
Redcage is looking for a passionate and motivated fitness trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in exercise and fitness training, be actively training, and have a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in exercise, strength training, or fitness.
- Actively involved in personal training and fitness.
- Good communication and client motivation skills.
- Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and work as a team.
- Competitive athletes are welcome.
- Relevant education or fitness certification is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guide and instruct individuals or groups in exercise activities.
- Demonstrate and explain exercises with proper technique.
- Motivate clients and support their fitness goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional training environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team and continuously improve coaching skills.
