Job Description

  • Source candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
  • Conduct recruitment drives in assigned locations.
  • Screen candidates and assess their suitability for available positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
  • Explain job roles, salary structures, company policies, and joining procedures to candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
  • Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join on time.
  • Build relationships with local communities, institutes, and other candidate sourcing partners.
