Job Description

As an F&B Captain you will be introduced to the fundamentals of food and beverage service. You will receive hands-on training in guest service, table setting, order taking, and delivering a polished dining experience. This role is ideal for freshers or hospitality students eager to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining the restaurant floor
  • Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Greet guests warmly and assist in taking orders
  • Support staff in service delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas
  • Learn menu knowledge to assist with recommendations
  • Handle basic guest requests with professionalism and care
