Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads in the Real Estate Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-performing digital campaigns that drive qualified leads and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.

·      Drive lead generation campaigns through Google Ads and paid social media platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

·      Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

·      Oversee and maintain company social media accounts and engagement strategies.

·      Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to identify areas of improvement.

·      Manage website content and CMS platforms (WordPress); basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

·      Monitor competitor strategies and suggest improvements.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with business objectives.

·      Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

·      Motivate and support the digital marketing team to achieve performance targets.

·      Requirements

·      Proven expertise in Google Ads and paid social media campaigns – Mandatory

·      Manadate: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (Real Estate domain preferred).

·      Solid understanding of all major digital marketing channels and platforms.

·      Hands-on experience with SEO, WordPress, and Google Analytics.

·      Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

·      Excellent time management and organizational skills.

·      A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
