Position PurposeAs a FOS – Retail Assets (Housing Loan), you will play a strategic role in the Builder Relationship team within the open market of the designated geography/area.

The primary responsibility is to identify new projects, manage builder relationships, facilitate project approvals, and focus on Housing Loan and Secured Loan (LAP) products.

The role also involves providing market insights for business growth, achieving financial objectives, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Educational QualificationCandidate must be a Graduate from a university recognized by the Government of India / Government bodies / AICTE.
• ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years of experience in the Banking / Financial Services sector.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Retail Assets, specifically handling:

• Housing Loans
• Secured Loans (LAP)
• Builder Market / Builder Relationships
• Roles & Responsibilities1. Identify New Builder ProjectsActively search for and identify potential new projects within the assigned geography/area.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective projects.
• 2. Relationship ManagementEstablish and nurture strong relationships with builders and developers.
• Liaise with top builder projects in the assigned location.
• Act as the primary point of contact for builders and address their needs and concerns.
• Conduct regular meetings with builders to understand project plans and financial requirements.
• Visit approved project sites regularly and organize camps/activities, including on holidays, for lead generation.
• 3. Project ApprovalEvaluate and approve projects for funding based on established criteria and due diligence.
• Maintain knowledge of legal and technical documentation and processes applicable to the location.
• Coordinate with the Underwriting / Processing team to ensure timely project approvals.
• 4. Housing Loan & Secured Loan ProductsPromote and sell Housing Loan and Secured Loan (LAP) products to potential customers.
• Develop strategies to increase the market share of these products.
• Visit other projects in the assigned area to increase business penetration.
• 5. Financial & Business ObjectivesProvide market insights and analysis to support business growth.
• Establish and achieve financial targets for the assigned period.
• Maintain reports covering:
• 
  
• Builder visits
• Leads generated
• Sales
• Conversion of each builder counter
• Ensure all operations and activities comply with applicable financial regulations and company policies.
• 6. Team ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate the Builder Sales & CRM team to support the achievement of business objectives.
